Hello,

SnapCenter has a custom MySQL Plug-in which uses the "Flush tables with read lock" to put all the databases in the mysql instance to a read-only mode.

During this period, the create/update operations are frozen, the read operations continue to work.

To the mentioned usecase, consistency at each individual host databases is possible.
