Difficult to say what is the problem with almost no information.
The error looks like related to some powershell command that is failing. Check in the SME installation folder for the debug logs to see if you have more info about that.
Is this a DAG? do you have SME installed on all nodes? Do you have all the requirments installed on the host since those are different between sme 6.x and 7.x
