Check out Cleondris CDM (www.cleondris.com) for Indexing/Search/Restore files and Directories aka "Catalog" for ONTAP NAS Volumes. CDM also has its own scheduler which can create snapshots and replicate snapshots to ONTAP Secondary (or you can use ONTAP Scheduler).
