Planning to migrate 40tb data over 1 gb link (shared with other activities) using snapmirror. As per my test it will about 20days to finish the initialization. One of the option coming to my mind is using tapes to initialize the relationship. But my source FAS2620 and destination FAS8300 don't have any tape drives attached. Has anyone done this before, what other options are available?
