Hi If SnapCreator 64 bit agent is installed, Dominos is 32 bit then it may cause this error as well. Run sh ser from Dominos console to check if its 32 bit.

I've found a fix for this. I ran debug mode and it picked up a rogue .nsf file. Also had to change the snapcreator services to run as a domain account rather than local service and backups running fine...
